Cancellation Policy
POLICIES:
- All appointment bookings will require a $15 deposit fee that will go towards the appointment you booked on the date of that service. If you no show the appointment the deposit will be nonrefundable to you.
- Each Client will be given a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. In this event, you will forfeit your $15 deposit.
- You have up until 24 hours to notify me of cancellation and you may use the initial $15 deposit to book another appointment ONCE. If not, you will have to rebook and a $15 deposit will be required to book a new service. Any appointment canceled after the 24 hour mark will result in loss of $15 deposit for the client.
